| Artist and Designer |
| The love of handmade has always been with me, from early childhood, to my career as a graphic designer. I have studied metal arts at Pasadena City College, Cal State Fullerton, Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts and Mendocino Art Center. In additon, I hold a BA in Studio Art from California State University, Fullerton and a Packaging Design Diploma from Humber College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. (See Graphic Design section for more information and to download samples.) My jewelry art embodies both the high tech characteristics of today's graphic design programs along with the ancient metal arts of hammering, soldering and forming. In addition, techniques such as etching are featured in many of my jewelry pieces. I like to combine sterling silver with other metals including gold and copper. Color is also important to me as an artist, so I explore stone setting and other ways of adding color to my pieces. If interested in ordering, currently many of my items are on my Etsy site. In addition, custom orders are always welcome. For wholesale inquires, please e-mail for a current line list. Coming Soon — access code to an exclusive wholesale customer ordering site. Thanks, Janice |
